Introduction
Ffarm Hall is a fully plant-based 13-bedroom hotel, bar and restaurant located in the pretty village of Betws-yn-Rhos in North Wales. The property is a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village. Some parts of the route are on an incline. The road does not have a footpath alongside it at all points.
Rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors. There is no lift access.

The nearest railway station is Abergele & Pensarn or Colwyn Bay. These are around a 20 minute car journey away. Taxis are readily available at the station
The nearest bus stop is near the post office
The main bus service is the 21 bus service which runs from Abergele to Colwyn Bay around 4 times per day
Arrival & car parking facilities
We have ample on-site parking spaces which located at the front of the property. For the benefit of all our guests we cannot reserve or allocate parking, it is offered on a first-come, first served basis.
The car park is located directly in front of the hotel and is a mainly flat gravel area.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are located on the ground first and second floors, there is no lift access
There are stairs to all our bedrooms with a single balustrade.
Ground floor rooms are:
- Room 1 – Double/twin with bath and walk-in shower
Bathrooms, shower-rooms & toilets
All bedrooms are en-suite, with shower rooms or bath (rooms 4,6,7,12,15,16). Where there are shower rooms, all of the showers are large enclosed cubicles with a step up. All toilets are standard level and all basins are standard sized basins.
Public areas
The main entrance to the building is up two steps. We have a wheelchair ramp available for customer use. Once inside the Lobby, Den, restaurant, bar and ground floor bedroom is all on the same level.
Lobby, corridors
Our public areas including the hallways and the staircases are lit by wall and overhead lights which are on at all times. The areas are fitted with hard flooring. the main stairs are wide with a single balustrade. The stairs to the second floor are fairly steep and winding.
Den
The guest den is situated at ground floor level. It has LVT flooring and is well lit with a multitude of lighting options. The doorway is standard size with level access from the Lobby area.
Bar/restaurant
The bar and restaurant is located on the ground floor. it has level access from the Lobby. It has a hard floor, it is level throughout. There is natural daylight from large windows as well as overhead and wall lighting.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the lobby area. there is a small, single step up from the lobby. The toilet is fairly large inside but lacks handrails or disabled facilities.
Diets
We cater for many dietary requirements including Vegetarian, Vegan and wheat intolerance.
With advance notice we can adapt most of our menu items for any dietery requirements you may have.
All meals are by waiter service although a cold buffet is also available at breakfast, we can offer assistance with this if required.
Additional information
We have a full fire alarm and fire procedure and can assist with evacuation where necessary.
We are very knowledgeable about the local area and can assist with ideas for days out and about.
We have information booklets, timetables and maps.
We have fast, free wi-fi throughout the majority of the building.
Limited mobile coverage is available but it cannot be relied upon.
